Neon Shake is a 360° advertising agency with strong expertise in digital, content and video marketing. Our customers maintain cooperation with us for years. We execute campaigns for them both in Poland and Europe.

Fast development


We have gained a record number of clients, e.g. Generali, Echo Investment, Indykpol, Graal, Helios, Decathlon. We took over the social media profiles of Oranżada Hellena and after the first month of communication Oranżada became a leader on the Polish Facebook in the FMCG category. We are conducting strategic and creative activities for Wroclaw Fashion Outlet, and for the Europa Centralna shopping center we are responsible for marketing consultancy, PR and social media. We continue our cooperation with Western Union, Invimed, Fortum and Work Service.


We started complex cooperation with the Work Service group. We have also received first orders from Sage Dublin – one of the world’s largest companies supplying payroll and accounting software for SMEs. We have designed a new line of products for Hellena brand and website for Kogeneracja. We are in the middle of the largest WU campaign ever targeted to Ukrainians in Poland. And for lovers of custom bikes- we have prepared quite extraordinary activities on behalf of the LeGrand brand. We also continue to make TV campaigns for the pharmaceutical industry.


We have organized international Europe-wide contest, Fanzone and a VIP area for the UEFA Europa League final in Warsaw. Furthermore, we have prepared an international WU Home Delivery campaign (including EN, DE, UK, CAN, IT) and we have created and launched a new communication platform for Getin Leasing – Time of Polish Entrepreneurs awarded at the 2015 KREATURA festival, as well as completed another TV campaign for Bricomarché and S-Lab. At the same time we continue our cooperation with Uniqa, INVIMED, Fortum and Magnolia Park.

From Florence to Wrocław


At the beginning of the year Kasia Maiano joined to our team. As a new Account Manager she is responsible for handling foreign agency projects.

Earlier Kasia was building the cultural space of OP ENHEIM in Wrocław. She was responsible for marketing activities, project coordination, establishing cooperation with partners in Poland and abroad, organizing events and public relations.

She moved to Neon Shake straight from Florence, where she was involved in affiliate marketing, working with such brands as: Condor, Nespresso, L'Occitane en Provence, Acer, Douglas, Enterprise, Planet Sports.

Hello Weronika!


We are growing! Weronika joined Neon Shake just a moment ago, but she is already working on important Polish and foreign projects as Account Executive.

Previously Weronika worked for Medicover, Europejski Instytut Miedzi, Credit Agricole czy Noble Bank. She was involved in project management, online analyzes and campaign monitoring.

In Neon Shake she is responsible for running large Polish and foreign projects, including Work Service, Fortum, Spotify and Wrocław Fashion Outlet. For 5 years she has been a member of Brandico - a group specializing in branding, strategy and research.

Anita on board!


Anita Nowak has joined Neon Shake in June, taking over the newly created position of Account & Communications Manager. She is responsible for handling agency projects and communication activities, including PR and social media.

Anita Nowak as Account & Communications Manager will lead projects of Polish and foreign companies. She will also support communication activities in the field of PR, influcencer marketing and social media.

Anita Nowak has seven years of experience in communication. The last five years she worked in the PR Expert agency as PR Manager, where she was responsible for complex service of several projects of clients from the industry like property development, cultural, health, financial, health & beauty, transport, hospitality and cuisine. Anita Nowak specializes in contact with the media and influencers, she has also experience in organizing events, as well as content marketing.

Anita Nowak is a graduate of the University of Wroclaw in Journalism with the specialization of Public Relations as well as Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology.


Magda, our new PR Manager


At the beginning of the year Magda Misiarz joined our team as a PR & Event Manager. Magda will be responsible for PR activities, social media and event projects. For several years, Magda was connected to show business; as a Project Manager she cooperated, among others, with Anna Wyszkoni and organized the artist's tour. Magda has experience in PR activities in the music industry and event organization. She also worked as a PR Manager at the Sarto Agency in Wrocław, cooperating with brands like IBM, Marwit, Ossolineum. Magda Misiarz is a graduate of cultural studies with the specialization in social communication at the University of Opole and postgraduate studies in 'entertainment management' at the School of Banking in Wroclaw.

Our new member of the New Business team is engaged in acquiring new clients and coordination of public tenders in the areas of social media marketing, public relations, content marketing as well as creative and strategic services, mainly on the international market. Patricia Kosterski worked as Brand Manager at Barste Design and as Account Manager at German advertising agency Ofenstein in Munich. She was also a member of Marketing team at Anders Superbrands, German distributor of Swiss luxury watches. Good luck!


Proud of InviMed patients


On behalf of InviMed clinics we have executed "We are proud of our patients” campaign. This is a first action of this kind in our country. It aims to draw attention to what people, struggling with the infertility disease, are going through.

Almost everyone knows someone, who is trying to have a baby, but without success. They do not talk about it openly because they are afraid they won’t be understood. For them it is a difficult and painful subject. Through the campaign for the InviMed clinics we want support them and let them know that infertility is not something to be ashamed of - on the contrary - undertaking the treatment is an act of courage.

As the agency we are responsible for the strategy and creation. We also carry out activities in the area of blogger relations and social media. The campaign will last until the end of March 2017.


Hello Wrocław Fashion Outlet

Comprehensive creative service, strategic support and social media marketing. Wrocław Fashion Outlet, which too place of well known Factory Outlet Wroclaw in March, chose us to cover those areas.
We are responsible for comprehensive creative services, including support for the rebranding of the center, creative and communication consultancy and strategic support. We also carry out social media marketing activities on behalf of the brand, and we help the client during repositioning the centre and design new communication activities. Wroclaw FashionOutlet is the largest outlet fashion center in south-west Poland.


With Europa Centralna Shopping Center

In 2017 we are responsible for the comprehensive public relations and social media service for Europa Central Shopping Center.
Conducting public relations activities, support in the field of internal and external communication, preparation of content material for mall's own media, support of social media branding and social advertising.
On behalf of the agency, the team is led by Lukasz Maścianica - creative director and Adam Piwek - communication manager. Europa Centralna Shopping Center in Gliwice is one of the largest commercial buildings in Poland.


Neon Shake improves area of communication


At the beginning of 2017 Adam Piwek, who will take care of communication activities for clients, joined the Neon Shake expert team.

Adam Piwek has 13 years of experience in conducting communication activities. Previously, he worked in Mind Progress Group (as a PR Manager, then Head of PR), and in technology company Aduma SA (Marketing & PR Manager).

A new member of the Neon Shake team, as Communications Manager, will be responsible for the communication activities for new and current customers, in the area of consulting, public relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the employer branding. He will also conduct image activities for his own agency.

Adam graduated University of Wroclaw, and postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw and at WSB Universities in Poznan and Wroclaw. He publishes texts, among others, at,, or "Business Hotel" and "Business Forum".

Marta Czykało-Pruś joined Neon Shake team as a Account Manager. She has been bound with the advertising industry for 9 years.
She has worked for brands such as Telekomunikacja Polska/Orange, Leroy Merlin, L&M, Marlboro, Tchibo, Pizza Hut and Burger King. In recent years, she worked as Account Manager in, among others, Lemon Sky. She is a graduate of the Neisse University majoring in Information Management in the Enterprise and the Wroclaw University of Technology majoring in Business Management.

Our cooperation with Oleofarm, a pharmaceutical company from Wrocław, started with social media activities for dietary supplements Destresan (Destresan MAX and Destresan NOC). On the „Stresoodporni” facebook fanpage we advise, inspire and encourage people to face the daily struggle with stress.

Our first contest - „Transfer stress to your boss” has been settled, the Kruger&Matz equipment went to the winners, and it’s time for us to celebrate the successful launch of the Destresan fanpage!


The new line of Hellena drinks


Hellena brand is well recognized among Polish consumers. We have created a new line of packaging for non-carbonated drinks, based on natural ingredients.

Designed by us Family+ line consists of 3 SKU for entirely new flavors on the market. These are Green Apple, Apple and Rhubarb and Apple and Forest Fruits.  Concept of Polish flavors, prepared by us,  represents naturalness and refers to ecology, yet still corresponds with the key visual of Hellena.

Drinks have just appeared on the market and have already gathered great popularity among consumers.

The ranks of Neon Shake were strengthened by Agnieszka Trzepacz, who took over the position of PR / account manager. Agnieszka graduated Journalism and Social Communication and Russian Studies at the University of Wroclaw.

She gained eight years of experience in the following PR agencies: Me&My Friends, Sfera Group, Royal Brand and Highlite PR working for brands such as the Foundation of Bank Zachodni BZ WBK, Lubella or Desperados Red.

She will be responsible not only for agency customer service, but also for support of the image-building activities, which will broaden Neon Shake offer.


Maciej Dziedzic joined strategy department in Neon Shake


Neon Shake team was joined  by Maciej Dziedzic - Digital Strategic Planner. A graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics, who has been working in the e-marketing industry for 12 years. He has gained his experience in Lemon Sky JWT interactive agency (formerly and continually cooperating with  Team Cosmo (WPP) and Washing Machine agencies.

For many years, together with his customers he has created communication strategies for brands such as Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wedel, WINIARY, Bank Zachodni WBK, Philip Morris Poland (Marlboro & L&M) and Credit Agricole / LUKAS Bank successfully developing their traditional communication and opening it on new media.


Time of Polish Entrepreneurs - TV trailer


Three months ago we have launched Time of Polish Entrepreneurs campaign for Getin Leasing. At the beginning we have uploaded a video on the Internet about the owners of companies who face everyday problems and hardships of doing business in the Polish realities.

Together with Getin Leasing we declared that if action gains proper support, we will air its full version on television. The required threshold of 30 000 votes was achieved in less than 3 weeks. A video about Polish Entrepreneurs will be aired on September 6th just after evening news on TVP1, Polsat and TVN. Now, please enjoy the trailer.


New people on board


In February, to our team joined Marcin Płucinik as designer and Grzegorz Wojciechowskias PR & Social Media manager.

Marcin Płucinik is our new graphic designer. Marcin has previously worked for Effectica as graphic designer, and design & creative manager in Green Cat. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.

Grzegorz Wojciechowski took up the post of PR & Social Media manager. Grzegorz will be responsible for the image of the agency and acquisition of new customers. Previously, he has worked for Lemon Sky JWT and the Polish department of Microsoft where he was responsible for creating and editing marketing resources for Microsoft Partner Network.


How many times can you click it?


Premier Farnell - a leading distributor of electronic components in UK - decided to for so called site takeover. We have "Taken" one of the technology industry websites. The Agency's task was to design the entire project (static and flash banners) and draw users to interact. The greatest success was an idea for "Click Challenge” banner. This is a game that encourages you to click on the banner as many times as possible in 10 seconds. But be careful, it’s addictive!


New Account Manager at Neon Shake


Magda Marcinkowska took the position of Account Manager at Neon Shake Advertising.
Magda previously worked as an Account Manager and Event Director at Advertika Advertising Agency, where she managed projects for shopping centers, such as Focus Mall or APSYS Poland. She has a degree in Political Science with a major in Political Marketing from the University of Wroclaw, she has also completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations at Tischner European University. Magda will be responsible mainly for the cooperation with Western Union.


More strenght to the creative team


Dawid Zając took the position of a copywriter at Neon Shake Advertising. Dawid has previously worked at PND Futura, Effectica and Max ARRP, where he managed projects for brands such as Unilever Poland, Danone, HP, European Leasing Fund, Accor Service Poland, Alpen Gold, Nestle, Tui and Żywiec. He graduated from the University of Wrocław with a degree in Journalism and Communication. The agency is currently in the process of recruting for other positions.
