Anita Nowak has seven years of experience in communication. The last five years she worked in the PR Expert agency as PR Manager, where she was responsible for complex service of several projects of clients from the industry like property development, cultural, health, financial, health & beauty, transport, hospitality and cuisine. Anita Nowak specializes in contact with the media and influencers, she has also experience in organizing events, as well as content marketing.
Anita Nowak is a graduate of the University of Wroclaw in Journalism with the specialization of Public Relations as well as Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology.
On the occasion of the „Gallery of Steel Figures” exhibition opening in Europa Centralna, which is the first such initiative in the world, we organized a press briefing. Reporters from the largest TV & radio stations as well as local media appeared on it! That's how a PR is done! :)
At the beginning of the year Magda Misiarz joined our team as a PR & Event Manager. Magda will be responsible for PR activities, social media and event projects. For several years, Magda was connected to show business; as a Project Manager she cooperated, among others, with Anna Wyszkoni and organized the artist's tour. Magda has experience in PR activities in the music industry and event organization. She also worked as a PR Manager at the Sarto Agency in Wrocław, cooperating with brands like IBM, Marwit, Ossolineum. Magda Misiarz is a graduate of cultural studies with the specialization in social communication at the University of Opole and postgraduate studies in 'entertainment management' at the School of Banking in Wroclaw.
We have developed corporate identity and social media graphics for the Lower Silesian Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers. We are also one of the co-founders.
Zebra is a new investment in Wroclaw for which we came up with a brand name and prepared branding as well as a nonstandard advertising campaign using teaser activities. Echo Investment is the largest Polish real estate development company, carrying out projects in the office, retail and residential sectors. We cooperate in the field of creation, production and strategy.
At the the beginning of November we launched a new digital campaign „Permanently reduced prices" for one of the largest sport equipment salons Decathlon Poland. As a part of our cooperation, we are responsible for social media, as well as for video production and animation.
Our new member of the New Business team is engaged in acquiring new clients and coordination of public tenders in the areas of social media marketing, public relations, content marketing as well as creative and strategic services, mainly on the international market. Patricia Kosterski worked as Brand Manager at Barste Design and as Account Manager at German advertising agency Ofenstein in Munich. She was also a member of Marketing team at Anders Superbrands, German distributor of Swiss luxury watches. Good luck!

On behalf of InviMed clinics we have executed "We are proud of our patients” campaign. This is a first action of this kind in our country. It aims to draw attention to what people, struggling with the infertility disease, are going through.
Almost everyone knows someone, who is trying to have a baby, but without success. They do not talk about it openly because they are afraid they won’t be understood. For them it is a difficult and painful subject. Through the campaign for the InviMed clinics we want support them and let them know that infertility is not something to be ashamed of - on the contrary - undertaking the treatment is an act of courage.
As the agency we are responsible for the strategy and creation. We also carry out activities in the area of blogger relations and social media. The campaign will last until the end of March 2017.
At the beginning of 2017 Adam Piwek, who will take care of communication activities for clients, joined the Neon Shake expert team.
Adam Piwek has 13 years of experience in conducting communication activities. Previously, he worked in Mind Progress Group (as a PR Manager, then Head of PR), and in technology company Aduma SA (Marketing & PR Manager).
A new member of the Neon Shake team, as Communications Manager, will be responsible for the communication activities for new and current customers, in the area of consulting, public relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the employer branding. He will also conduct image activities for his own agency.
Adam graduated University of Wroclaw, and postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw and at WSB Universities in Poznan and Wroclaw. He publishes texts, among others, at HRStandard.pl, NowyMarketing.pl, or "Business Hotel" and "Business Forum".
Marta Czykało-Pruś joined Neon Shake team as a Account Manager. She has been bound with the advertising industry for 9 years.
She has worked for brands such as Telekomunikacja Polska/Orange, Leroy Merlin, L&M, Marlboro, Tchibo, Pizza Hut and Burger King. In recent years, she worked as Account Manager in, among others, Lemon Sky. She is a graduate of the Neisse University majoring in Information Management in the Enterprise and the Wroclaw University of Technology majoring in Business Management.
Tani Opał (Cheap Fuel) is a leader in the production and packaging of solid fuels. Fuel materials in bags, unlike traditionally purchased in bulk, give users guarantee of the highest quality, fixed weight and allows them to maintain order. For the campaign we have produced spots, which present advantages of the brand with a cat, symbolizing home warmth. Ads will be broadcasted in the internet pre-rolls and national radio.
Wago is a brand that is widely recogizable among professionals, but it is completely unknown to the regular consumer. We have designed a campaign to change this situation. We have prepared strategy, creation, and produced short films.

Le Grand (a brand that belongs to Kross) is a Polish manufacturer of vintage, stylish city bikes. To increase brand awareness, we came up with an idea of „Chillout Ambassadors” contest.
Participants are asked to describe their idea for perfect „bike chillout” day - practical, funny or absolutely crazy. The best answers will be rewarded with brand new Le Grand bikes, and we will help realize the most interesting chillout ideas.
Our cooperation with Oleofarm, a pharmaceutical company from Wrocław, started with social media activities for dietary supplements Destresan (Destresan MAX and Destresan NOC). On the „Stresoodporni” facebook fanpage we advise, inspire and encourage people to face the daily struggle with stress.

Designed by us Family+ line consists of 3 SKU for entirely new flavors on the market. These are Green Apple, Apple and Rhubarb and Apple and Forest Fruits. Concept of Polish flavors, prepared by us, represents naturalness and refers to ecology, yet still corresponds with the key visual of Hellena.
Drinks have just appeared on the market and have already gathered great popularity among consumers.
The ranks of Neon Shake were strengthened by Agnieszka Trzepacz, who took over the position of PR / account manager. Agnieszka graduated Journalism and Social Communication and Russian Studies at the University of Wroclaw.
She gained eight years of experience in the following PR agencies: Me&My Friends, Sfera Group, Royal Brand and Highlite PR working for brands such as the Foundation of Bank Zachodni BZ WBK, Lubella or Desperados Red.
She will be responsible not only for agency customer service, but also for support of the image-building activities, which will broaden Neon Shake offer.
Maciek Indyk was promoted to the position of Art Director in Neon Shake. Since 4 years - as a Graphic Designer he has created great projects for, among others, Western Union, HP, UNIQA or Getin Leasing.

Neon Shake team was joined by Maciej Dziedzic - Digital Strategic Planner. A graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics, who has been working in the e-marketing industry for 12 years. He has gained his experience in Lemon Sky JWT interactive agency (formerly Adv.pl) and continually cooperating with Team Cosmo (WPP) and Washing Machine agencies.
For many years, together with his customers he has created communication strategies for brands such as Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wedel, WINIARY, Bank Zachodni WBK, Philip Morris Poland (Marlboro & L&M) and Credit Agricole / LUKAS Bank successfully developing their traditional communication and opening it on new media.
In the beginning of December, we have launched the latest outdoor campaign for Magnolia Park, promoting gift cards as the perfect idea for the Christmas. The combination of standard Magnolia Park layouts and Christmas motifs allowed us to create a friendly creation, which stands out in the urban space.

This time for S-Lab we have developed strategy and concept for TV spots promoting new dietary supplement - Liston - for people struggling with the problem of kidney stones.
As part of the campaign we have created two spots: 8” and 15”. W have collided a lifestyle, flirtatious begining with a grimace of severe pain, that often affects patients.
For Hasco-Lek, company based in Wrocław, Poland, we have designed the package of dietary supplement - Zatomed. It increases the body's resistance to diseases and supports proper functioning of the sinuses. We have created a simple and distinct color identification, which will distinguish the new supplement on the shelf.
The full version of Time of Polish Entrepreneurs spot was aired in prime time on three major Polish TV channels. At the same time we have started the next stage of the campaign, in which entrepreneurs share their difficult and interesting stories of business. Top stories will hit the headlines of Rzeczpospolita newspaper!
Three months ago we have launched Time of Polish Entrepreneurs campaign for Getin Leasing. At the beginning we have uploaded a video on the Internet about the owners of companies who face everyday problems and hardships of doing business in the Polish realities.
Together with Getin Leasing we declared that if action gains proper support, we will air its full version on television. The required threshold of 30 000 votes was achieved in less than 3 weeks. We have just finished WELCOME PACK project for INVIMED Clinics customers. As part of the project we have created three guide books and individually designed folder in an unusual format. Together, those elements form a welcome pack for patients.
At the beginning of July 2015 we have launched the latest image campaign for Magnolia Park to promote summer sales. We have designed it basing on a new visual identity of the Magnolia Park gallery, which was introduced at the beginning of the year. The combination of unusual patterns and images allows Magnolia to stand out from other shopping centers.
Katarzyna Barejko took the position of Account Manager in Neon Shake. Previously, she worked in customer service department in Blue Papaya, where she was responsible for managing projects for international companies .
She graduated from Warsaw University, and completed postgraduate studies in the field of organization of events and sponsorship at the Higher School of Advertising as well as Account Managing at the Masters of Advertising School.
Together with Getin Leasing we have made an effort to change the bad impression of Polish entrepreneurs. We created a campaign in order to pay regards to people who work hard for the polish economy and create places to work. As young entrepreneurs we are proud to be responsible for the strategy and creation of this campaign. Within the action we created a video, a dedicated website. The campaign was run also on radio, press, social media and outdoor.
In February we’ve lunched a second campaign for one of the Getin Bank group brands. Campaign for Getin Leasing with the claim “1000 leases in 1% promotion” promotes a limited offer of attractive leases. The concept relates to a traditional, winter car sale at the end of the year, when clients can see how the number of leases is shrinking.

Premier Farnell - a leading distributor of electronic components in UK - decided to for so called site takeover. We have "Taken" one of the technology industry websites. The Agency's task was to design the entire project (static and flash banners) and draw users to interact. The greatest success was an idea for "Click Challenge” banner. This is a game that encourages you to click on the banner as many times as possible in 10 seconds. But be careful, it’s addictive!
In December we have launched the next TV campaign for the SLAB company. This time, our agency has prepared a sponsorship spot for Gardlox Tymianek & Podbiał. Advert starts with the characteristic sound of the throat checking which is definitely catchy.
Thousands of Fortum customers in Poland - one of the largest energy companies in Central and Northern Europe - will now receive materials created on basis of one, compact visual communication idea. The project prepared by us is basing on a emotional slogan: "We share the positive energy." The statement fits perfectly a company, whose products are with us every day.

Magda previously worked as an Account Manager and Event Director at Advertika Advertising Agency, where she managed projects for shopping centers, such as Focus Mall or APSYS Poland. She has a degree in Political Science with a major in Political Marketing from the University of Wroclaw, she has also completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations at Tischner European University. Magda will be responsible mainly for the cooperation with Western Union.
Tomasz Kurek is our new graphic designer. Over the last few years he formed Peak21, pursuing projects in the fields of corporate identity and branding, for companies such as the University of Wroclaw, Collegium Wratislaviense, University of Business and Profit Development SA. In 2014, his packaging proposal for Cider MeliMelum has won the first place in the Polish Institute of Industrial Design contest.
Dawid Zając took the position of a copywriter at Neon Shake Advertising. Dawid has previously worked at PND Futura, Effectica and Max ARRP, where he managed projects for brands such as Unilever Poland, Danone, HP, European Leasing Fund, Accor Service Poland, Alpen Gold, Nestle, Tui and Żywiec. He graduated from the University of Wrocław with a degree in Journalism and Communication. The agency is currently in the process of recruting for other positions.

The latest campaign for S-Lab was aired in December across Poland. This spot promotes Gardlox Express Junior spray – a product that we worked on from the beginning including target audience identification, product ingredients, name, overall strategy and the creative concept. This commercial for the first spray in the market for such young children ends with a caption “Psik, psik and the pain is gone!”.
Karolina Bielan has joined Neon Shake Advertising as Account Manager. Karolina has previously worked as Account Executive at Strawberry Frog Amsterdam, where she managed projects for Pampers and Emirates Airlines accounts. She has a Management with Marketing degree from Robert Gordon University. Karolina is the newest addition to our growing team at Neon Shake.

Summer fashion arrived to Victoria Shopping Centre for good! New image campaign full of sunny, warm colors will certainly brighten up the streets of Wałbrzych. The outdoor campaign is complemented with communication in the shopping centre as well as press, radio, Internet and LED display ads.
For the first time in the history of the Bricomarche retail chain, the nationwide TV channel broadcasted image campaign for for this brand. The strategy involves emphasizing closeness and convenience of shopping and attractive prices.In creative scenario major role is assigned to joyful little boy and his funny dog. Entire spot was closed by the claim "Cheap and at hand".
215,000 Polish households received a booklet called "Safe like in home". We created it for UNIQA insurance company in cooperation with Police, Fire Brigade and insurance consultants. It is all about security in apartment buildings. It describes how to protect themselves against burglary, fire, flood and other dangers and how to act in the events of accidents.
We have launched a new franchise campaign for Bricomarche. Real shop owners star in 30 and 45 second spots. They recommend the business model of Musketeers chain as the best idea for your own business.
The new line of graphics for the biggest shopping mall of the Lower Silesia can be seen since January in the region. After a record (more than 1 million customers in December 2012), Magnolia Park refreshes the current image. Our projects are even more spacious and colorful.
In January we launched a new TV campaign for Alaskan whale oil. It is our subsequent production for S-Lab company. This time we bet on freezing Alaska and Eskimos and the uniqueness of gummy bears' ingredients and flavor. The catchword "For super immunity – Super train-oil" recaps the whole campaign.
